After climbing the corporate career ladder in technology corporations, Mo progressed to senior leaderships roles in global companies leading international teams. Since leaving corporate life, she has worked in the diversity, equity and inclusion space, helping leaders and businesses to create resilient companies.

She is an Author, Conference Speaker, Non-Exec Director and Charity Board Trustee. She has over 25 years of business experience, leading in high-pressure environments learning how to build high-performing, diverse teams across cultures, languages and time zones. Her work is focused on helping people to include people across cultures, processes, systems and communication.

She is co-Author of The Inclusion Journey, published by Kogan Page, writing her second book Future Talent to be published by Trotman Publishing. She is a leading TEDx and conference speaker, with experience speaking at professional conferences such as CIPD and Accountex Her talks inspire audiences to think differently about how we lead, communicate and work.

Mo also works on several Boards as a Non-Exec Director and Board Advisor. She contributes her time and expertise as a Charity Board Trustee and volunteer mentor.
