About the course
The implementation of full IFRS Accounting Standards is a very big job, so it makes sense that not everyone will want to use the complete suite.
That is why the IFRS for SMEs standard was developed. The standard enables qualifying users to use simplified versions of the full IFRS Accounting Standards when they prepare the annual financial statement.
This short course explores the formal update issued to the standard in February 2025 as a result of the second comprehensive review. Application of this third edition is required with effect for accounting periods from 1st January 2027, for qualifying entities.
